Silver Solid Contact Rivet

SAIJIN solid rivet contacts adopt one-step forming riveting process to ensure low resistance and high shock resistance. Fully solid structure design, impact resistance improved by 40%, silver plating thickness ≥ 3μm. Suitable for relays, contactors, high-voltage switches and other equipment, supporting high current transmission. Provide miniature / standard / custom sizes to meet the needs of industry, automobile and energy fields.

Bimetal Rivet Contacts

Bi-Metal Contact Rivet is made up of 2 material where the rivet head comprises of silver alloy material with the remaining part in copper. Manufactured using special technology by combining 2 materials in wire form, it is more cost effective compared to solid contact rivet.

Tri-metal Rivet Contacts

Tri-Metal rivets are upgraded from the Bi-Metal structure - the base end of the rivet and the head contact are synchronised with a silver alloy cladding, while the core retains a highly conductive copper substrate, and the silver layer is homogenously distributed at a ±0.001mm level of thickness through a gradient metallurgical process.

Why choose Saijin's Silver Rivet Contact?
The SaiJin Silver Rivet contact range far exceeds industry standards for conductivity, durability and environmental suitability, and combined with rapid customisation, provides highly reliable, low-maintenance electrical connection solutions for customers worldwide.
