Silver and fine-grained silver are in the solid concave silver rivet contacts. Silver and fine-grained silver (FAg) have very high electrical and thermal conductivity, low and stable contact resistance and good processability. The resistance to silver for arc corrosion and contact welding is limited, and the mechanical strength is low. Since the content of nickel is small, fine-grained silver, arc erosion resistance and mechanical strength are higher than silver.
Electrically concave solid silver rivet contacts are widely used in low current devices such as relays, timers, household appliance auxiliary switches (FAg), and control switches (FAg).
